Saveah earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology from the University of Calgary. Afterwards, she completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. Saveah has been a strength and conditioning coach for over seven years and has treated a diverse range of patients throughout her career. She pursued physiotherapy to help people feel more confident and safer with their favourite activities. She is an avid runner and loves to provide running assessments for others who share her love of the sport, and she has successfully treated many high-level endurance athletes.
She provides IMS/dry needling and has a special interest in treating any injuries, dizziness, whiplash, TMD (temporomandibular disorder), chronic illnesses and headaches. It’s important to her to care for any individual with general or complex health needs.
Saveah spends her free time touring Calgary breweries, re-watching her comfort film (Harry Potter), or diving into a lake with friends. Her favourite thing about being a physiotherapist is being able to help others meet their fitness and health goals through a positive approach. This positivity is what her loved ones know her for, and she tells her patients the same thing she tells herself: never give up.
