Kalyna is a recent graduate from Lethbridge Colleges 2200-hour program but has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sport. As an avid athlete over her life, she values the ability to keep active while overcoming injuries. Physical health is a priority to her and has a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals.
Kalyna has always had a passion for helping others which led her to her career as an RMT. Kalyna loves to help people feel the best they can using a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial cupping in combination with Swedish massage techniques.
If Kalyna is not at the clinic, she can be found at the crossfit gym. As an athlete she believes in daily movement and understands the importance of recovery and how it enables us to adapt to the demands we place on ourselves. She is a firm believer that educating patients about their own bodies enables them to take a more active approach to their health care and makes working together a collaborative effort to help patients reach their goals.
