She has also completed her Reconditioning Level One Certification.
Growing up in Calgary, Crystal played sports her entire life, from ringette, lacrosse, fastball, cycling, and track and field.
With a strong background as an athlete herself, she was drawn to Athletic Therapy and taking a functional, exercise-based approach to injury rehabilitation. Her goal is to help athletes recover from injury so they can get back to doing what they love with optimal physical performance. Through educating the individual with proper mechanics, she works to ensure future injury prevention is part of the process.
In the past, Crystal was a clinic assistant at AST assisting with a myriad of injuries allowing her to have a solid base of experience to work with. She’s excited to work with athletes and remain close to the sporting world providing sideline coverage at events. Crystal can lend support with any type of sport and has specific past experience with hockey, wrestling, cross country, track and field, judo and cycling.[/vc_column_text][minti_spacer][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][minti_spacer][/vc_column][/vc_row]
