We offer individualized care specific to your unique needs. Our goal is to help you reach your goals. Our clinic offers a number of ways to help you reach your goals, but it all starts with the initial visit. What should you expect from your initial visit?

Well, when you arrive we will have you fill out paperwork that lets us know what your chief complaint is, how long its been there, and what your goals are. Our staff will be pleased to assist you if you have been injured at work (WCB), or in an auto accident (MVA). If either of those apply to you, it is important to let our staff know, so the doctors can fill out the appropriate paperwork to get you covered for your treatments.

Next you will be examined by your doctor to determine the source of your problem. The assessment can take up to 30 minutes to complete, so please give yourself time on this visit. After the examination, your doctor will discuss what is wrong with you, and provide you with a concise treatment plan, to help you understand how long it might take to get better. Treatment of your injury follows, along with recommendations for how to deal with your injury after leaving the clinic. If you require any subsequent or additional care by another practitioner, you will be notified as well.

Each treatment will depend on each individual complaint. Treatment is based on how bad the injury is, how long it has been there, how pain-sensitive the patient is, and how many areas of the body are being treated. An average treatment can take anywhere from five minutes up to 15 minutes depending on numerous factors. Each treatment may not be exactly like the last one also, because the doctor can be more aggressive as the injury begins to resolve, and as the patient is better able to tolerate the treatments. Treatments are based on patient tolerance, so early on in treatment the amount of pressure, length of time, and different types of therapy utilized may be different from later treatments.
